Arizona and Utah. Also owns a 70% interest in Rio Grande Pipeline
Company.
Magellan
Midstream Partners (MMP)
Owns
and operates pipelines and associated facilities for transporting
refined petroleum products. Also owns marine and inland terminals that
handle crude oil and refined petroleum products.
Martin
Midstream Partners (MMLP)
Provides
marine transportation, terminaling, distribution and other services for
producers and suppliers of petroleum products and other liquids. Also
manufactures sulfur-based fertilizers and owns an interest in a sulfur
storage and transportation business. Operates primarily in the U.S. Gulf
Coast region.

All American Pipeline (PAA)
Owns
crude oil and refined products pipelines and associated facilities, primarily in
Texas, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana and the Canadian Provinces of
Alberta and Saskatchewan. Also involved in the marketing and storage of
liquefied petroleum gas.
SemGroup L.P. (SGLP)
Owns crude oil pipelines, terminals, and
storage facilities in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
Sunoco
Logistics Partners (SXL)
Owns
crude oil and refined product pipelines, terminals and other storage
assets, mainly in the Midwest, Gulf Coast, and Eastern states.
TEPPCO
Partners (TPP)
Owns
and operates pipelines transporting refined petroleum products, natural
gas, and liquefied petroleum gases within the U.S. Also owns natural gas gathering systems.
Teppco has agreed to be
acquired by Enterprise Product Partners (see Diversified Products
Pipelines).
