Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI)
GP for Kinder Morgan Energy Partners
(KMP), which owns crude oil and natural gas pipelines, and coal, natural
gas, and petroleum products storage terminals. KMI also owns a 20% stake
in NGPL, which operates an interstate natural gas pipeline system.

GP for NuStar Energy LP (NS), which was spun off from Valero Energy in
2001, operates crude oil and refined product pipelines, terminals, and
storage facilities. Also operated asphalt refineries and terminals.
Targa Resources Corporation
(TRGP)
GP for Targa Resource Partners
(NGLS), which owns and operates natural gas pipelines, gathering
systems, and processing plants. NGLS has downstream marketing and
distribution assets.
Western Refining Inc.
(WNR)
Operates oil refineries, wholesale petroleum operations in nine states
and retail service stations in four states. WNR is GP of Western
Refining Logistics (WNRL) and Northern Tier Energy (NTI).
Williams Companies
(WMB)
GP for Williams Partners
(WPZ), which owns and operates natural gas pipelines, gathering systems,
and processing plants, in southwest Pennsylvania, and in the Rocky
Mountains and Gulf Coast areas.
