and Texas. Also owns asphalt and fuel oil storage facilities in 22

Owns refined petroleum products pipeline systems, refined
petroleum products terminals, and operates and maintains pipelines owned
by major oil and chemical companies.
Holly
Energy Partners (HEP)
Owns refined
product and crude oil pipelines, terminals, storage tanks and loading
terminals, primarily in Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, and Utah.
Magellan
Midstream Partners (MMP)
Owns
and operates pipelines and associated facilities for transporting
crude oil and refined petroleum products. Also owns marine and inland terminals that
handle crude oil and refined petroleum products.
Marathon Partners (MPLX)

An August 2012? spin-off
from Marathon Petroleum, Marathon Partners owns crude oil and refined
products pipelines, and other assets including a butane cavern in the
Midwest and Gulf Coast regions.

Owns
crude oil and refined products pipelines and associated facilities, primarily in
Texas, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana and the Canadian Provinces of
Alberta and Saskatchewan. Also involved in the marketing and storage of
liquefied petroleum gas.
Sunoco
Logistics Partners (SXL)
Owns
crude oil and refined product pipelines, terminals and other storage
assets, mainly in the Midwest, Gulf Coast, and Eastern states.
Tesoro Logistics (TLLP)
An April 2011 IPO, Tesoro operates crude
oil and refined products pipeline, storage, and terminal services.
Tesoro Corp. (TSO) is master partner.
