agreed to acquire Crude Carriers Corporation, which owned five crude oil

An April 2011 IPO, Golar provides floating
platforms used to support liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal
operations.
Navios Maritime Partners
(NMM)
Based in Greece, Navios
owns dry bulk oceangoing vessels. Navios Maritime Partners was formed in
November 2007 by Navios Maritime Holdings, itself a 55-year-old
dry bulk shipping
company. Navios Holdings controls
about 31% of Navios Partners.

Teekay LNG Partners (TGP)
Formed by Teekay Corporation, TK LNG operates liquefied natural gas
(LNG) carriers and conventional crude oil tankers.
Teekay Offshore Partners (TOO)
Formed
by Teekay Corporation, Teekay Offshore operates
shuttle tankers used to transport oil from offshore fields to onshore
processing facilities. Teekay Offshore also owns conventional crude oil
tankers.
