CIM Commercial Trust (CMCT)
Owns Class-A office assets mainly in Los Angeles, the

Columbia Property Trust (CXP)
Owns Class-A office buildings in high-barrier U.S. office
markets, primarily New York, San Francisco, and
Washington D.C.
Corporate Office Properties (OFC)
Owns technically sophisticated buildings concentrated
in large office parks primarily located adjacent to
government demand drivers. It leases its properties to
U.S. Government agencies and to information
technology firms in the defense industry catering to

Equity Commonwealth (EQC)
Changed name from Commonwealth REIT in May, 2014.
Sam Zell is Board Chairman. Owns 8+ commercial office
properties in the U.S. Internally managed. Suspended
regular dividends in March 2014. Paid $2.50/share
special dividend in October 2018.
Franklin Street Properties (FSP)
Owns suburban and central business district office
buildings, primarily in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston,
and Minneapolis. Cut dividend 53% to $0.09 per share in

Atlanta, Greensboro, Memphis, Nashville, Orlando,
Pittsburgh, Raleigh, Richmond and Tampa.
Mack-Cali Realty (CLI)
Owns premier office and multifamily properties in select
waterfront and transit-oriented markets throughout the
Northeast.
Office Properties Income Trust (OPI)
Formed by the December 2018 merger of Government
Properties Income Trust and Select Income REIT, Office
Properties owns buildings primarily leased to single
tenants and those with high credit quality
characteristics such as government entities. OPI is
managed by a unit of The RMR Group Inc.
Pacific Office Properties (PCFO)
Owns and manages office properties in southern
California and Hawaii. In March 2008, Arizona Land
Income Corporation and the Shidler Group combined
office building portfolios to form PCE. Suspended
dividend payouts in March 2011. Penny stock.
Paramount Group (PGRE)
Owns Class A office properties located in select CBD
submarkets of New York City, Washington, D.C. and San
Francisco.
Piedmont Office Realty Trust (PDM)
A February 2010 IPO, Piedmont owns Class-A office
properties, primarily in eight major U.S. office markets.
SL Green Realty (SLG)
Owns office properties, mostly in Manhattan, and is NY's
largest office landlord. Also owns properties in Brooklyn,
Queens, Long Island, Westchester County and
Connecticut.
TIER REIT (TIER)
Formerly non-listed Behringer Harvard REIT, TIER has
been self-managed since 9/1/12. Converted to publicly
traded REIT in July 2015.Owns office properties in 19
cities across the U.S. In March, 2019, agreed to be acquired
by Cousins Properties.
